Welcome to Billaroy.

Set upon 140 acres between Racecourse Headland and Delicate Nobby, Billaroy sits on the outskirts of beautiful Crescent Head in the Mid North coast of NSW. Opposite the pristine beaches and nestled into the hill, you will feel immediately at home in this secluded and welcoming environment. Consisting of an artist studio, an orchid and a campsite (coming soon) Billaroy is maintained by Designer/Custodian Peter Paine, and is a labour of love & creativity.

 

The Artist Studio

The architecturally designed artist studio is a uniquely Australian building. Nestled into the hill and positioned to capture the changing light and sea breeze. It is located opposite world class pristine beaches perfect for a swim or surf.

The private aspect is over manicured lawns out the front and back with entertaining/dining areas in both places.
